核桃、杏扁、伏花椒素称野三坡“三件宝”，绵核桃主要产自我县野三坡山区，常年产量100万公斤。是纯天然绿色食品。其质地纯正、果仁饱满、色泽黄白，富含多种氨基酸和微量元素，有益智健脑、养颜养美容之功效。对心脑鼻管和高血压病人群有调节机能，解除疲劳等保健作用。 杏扁为喜光树种，在山区土地瘠薄的情况下也能生长。涞水县杏扁基地已发展到1万亩，年产量100万公斤。杏扁具有较高的营养价值，富含蛋白质及脂肪、维生素、微量元素等，有止咳、润肺、养颜、生津、促发育、抗衰老的功效。

在野三坡，游客可以品尝到地道的野菜：河菜，喜寒，生长与泉水中，可做成凉菜，也可做成包子；水芹菜：是三坡野菜系列中的精品，同样是粗纤维植物，口感比家芹菜好多了，最佳做法是泡酸菜；木兰芽：高山上的灌木嫩芽，山中极品，怎么吃似乎都很可口，营养价值很高；山蘑菇：以炒着吃，可以炖着吃，尤其是小鸡儿炖蘑菇，热乎乎、香喷喷的。烤全羊：烤全羊是野三坡最特色的饮食。野三坡的羊一般是生长在5-8个月左右的小羊，肉嫩喷香。虹鳟鱼也是深受游客欢迎的，炸小鱼，炸花椒叶是不可缺少的大餐。烤全羊是由客人现挑活羊，现宰，现烤，整个加工过程要60分钟，百里峡的烤全羊用多种工艺特殊的烧烤设施加工而成。百里峡的烤全羊是在固定的场地，二层火焖烤而成，也许这样的烧烤方式，对游客来说没有其它景区那架火烤羊有情调。
